1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to, downloading, installing, launching, or using Golden Whispers Studio (the "Software") and accessing our website (the "Site"), you ("User", "Licensee", or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Software.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Golden Whispers Studio.
2. Desktop Software License Grant
Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms and an active monthly subscription, Golden Whispers Studio grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:
- Download, install, and execute the Golden Whispers Studio desktop application on up to two (2) personal or business computers owned or controlled by you.
- Use the software's automated generation tools, prompt synthesizers, multi-agent pipelines, and video rendering utilities without credit or length restrictions.
- Enjoy full commercial monetization rights on all generated videos, audio, images, and project files pursuant to our Commercial License Terms.
Golden Whispers Studio is distributed as desktop software. You are not buying a metered SaaS cloud service. You do not purchase or consume "credits" to render videos.
3. Subscription Billing, Pricing & Taxes
Subscription Pricing: Access to Golden Whispers Studio is provided on a recurring subscription priced at $4.99 USD per month or $49.99 USD per year (or local currency equivalent as calculated by Gumroad).
- Recurring Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew every thirty (30) days for monthly plans ($4.99/mo) or every 365 days for annual plans ($49.99/yr) from the initial purchase date until you choose to cancel.
- No Hidden Surcharges: There are no credit packs, paywalls, or duration surcharges imposed by Golden Whispers Studio.
- Payment Processing: Transactions are handled by Gumroad, Inc. Gumroad securely processes your credit card, debit card, or PayPal transactions and handles local sales tax / VAT collection.
4. Intellectual Property & Output Ownership
You Own Your Video Outputs
You retain 100% full ownership, copyright, and commercial exploitation rights over all videos, MP4 files, synthesized audios, scripts, and media generated using the software. We claim 0% royalties or revenue share.
Software IP Retention
The Golden Whispers Studio software, application code, visual interfaces, algorithms, logos, trademarks, and documentation are proprietary property protected by international copyright laws.
5. System Requirements & Local Execution
Golden Whispers Studio is optimized for 64-bit Windows operating systems (Windows 10 / Windows 11). Users are responsible for ensuring their computer meets minimum hardware standards (modern multi-core CPU, minimum 8GB RAM, and sufficient local disk storage for 4K video exports).
Because generation and rendering execute locally on your PC, rendering speed is directly influenced by your local hardware capabilities.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Golden Whispers Studio in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Specifically, you agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the desktop software.
- Resell, redistribute, share, lease, host as a shared cloud service, or publish software installer binaries or activation keys online.
- Use the software to generate content that promotes hate speech, child sexual exploitation, non-consensual deepfakes, illegal cyber activities, or targeted harassment.
- Bypass or disable license verification mechanisms.
7. Cancellation & Expiration
Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your $4.99/month or $49.99/year subscription at any time with zero cancellation penalties. Cancellation can be performed directly from your Gumroad receipt email or by logging into your Gumroad account.
Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you retain full access to Golden Whispers Studio until the conclusion of your current 30-day paid billing cycle. You will not be charged again. All videos created during your subscription remain 100% commercially licensed in perpetuity.
8. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Warranty: Golden Whispers Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Golden Whispers Studio, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
