This commercial license applies to all media elements generated via the desktop software suite:

- Voiceover audio tracks, dialogue stems, and sound effects.
- AI prompt stems, scripts, storylines, and storyboard sequences.
- Individual cinematic scene stills and high-resolution thumbnail graphics.

You are authorized to use media produced with Golden Whispers Studio across all major commercial avenues:

TikTok & Social Reels
Earn via TikTok Creator Rewards Program, TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns, Instagram Reels bonuses, and Facebook monetization.
Client & Agency Deliverables
Sell video creation services on freelance platforms (Fiverr, Upwork) or deliver commercial video assets to direct local and enterprise clients.
Paid Video Advertising
Run paid promotional campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter/X, and Connected TV.
Courses & Digital Products
Incorporate video footage into paid online courses, masterclasses, subscription membership sites, and downloadable info-products.

You may continue monetizing all previously created videos on YouTube, TikTok, client sites, or ads indefinitely without copyright strikes.
6. Freelancing & Agency Work Guidelines
You are explicitly permitted to utilize Golden Whispers Studio as a production tool in freelance, agency, and enterprise environments:
- You may transfer the commercial rights of finished video deliverables directly to your paying clients.
- You may charge clients whatever price you determine for video production, editing, and animation services.
- Your clients do not need to purchase an individual license simply to receive and publish the final MP4 files you produced for them.
7. Software License Restrictions
To protect our intellectual property and community of legitimate creators, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
- No Software Redistribution: You may NOT sell, share, rent, sub-license, leak, or redistribute the Golden Whispers Studio executable, installer packages, or license keys.
- No Competing Wrapper Services: You may NOT wrap the desktop software into a web SaaS, API wrapper, or multi-tenant cloud service that resells software execution to third parties.
